And at Crystal Jade Golden Palace (Paragon), you’ll be dining on tender Pan-seared South African Abalone with mushrooms and crispy deep-fried leek. From casual dining restaurant Crystal Jade Hong Kong Kitchen, don’t skip on the Pan-fried Dace Fish Paste with Black Moss in Shunde Style, with soft dace fish paste – it’s mixed with carrots, chestnuts, diced shrimp, coriander, black moss, lap cheong and aged orange peel – stuffed back into the fish then fried till a crisp golden brown.
And if you like your yu sheng with lots of fresh fruits, you’ll like the Prosperity Yu Sheng with Boston Lobster Tail, Aburi Scallop & Fruit ($138 for small, and $208 for large). Toss up a mix of red dragon fruit, tangy green mango, sweet longan, pomelo sacs, dried apricot, as well as earthy jackfruit. On top of it sits succulent poached Boston lobster tail and sweet torched raw scallops.
