Conrad Centennial Singapore’s award-winning Cantonese fine-dining restaurant Golden Peony helmed by chef Ku Keong is so well-received, that regulars often place reservations well in advance.

Chef Ku’s yearly roasted suckling pig gets a luxurious twist this year, stuffed with fried chicken kimchi fried rice. Other specialties include the Spanish Carabinero Prawn ‘Yuan Yang’ Fish Paste starring springy black and white fish paste noodles, as well as Water Bamboo Shoot Stir-fried with Giant Grouper in Signature Home XO Sauce, and the Dragon Grouper Steamed with Black Bean Sauce and Ten Years Mandarin Peel.

You’ll also be tossing to good fortune with the luxurious Fortune Gold Flakes Yu Sheng with ingredients like lobster, baby abalone, chicken bak kwa and crispy fish skin. You’ll also get lots of fresh fruits for a vibrant mixture.
